One of my Spark teams (Challenge + Motivation = Weight Loss) I am actually starting it a week late because i am finishing october challenges.
The 10 STREAKS FOR THE 10 WEEK HOLIDAY CHALLENGE ARE.....
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day!
2. Track the food you eat!
3. Stay within your calorie range!
4. 30 minutes of Cardio a day!
5. 3 strength (1 upper, 1 lower, 1 core) a day!
6. Do something nice for someone! (On spark, at home, work or for someone you dont know)
7. Tell us on the Challenge Thread what goals you want to accomplish for the week. Also make a list at home and check them off as you do them. Keep them challenging but realistic. Let us know what you have accomplished too!

I am struggling with 8-10. i just can't decide what i want to pick as a streak. I have been playing with different ideas.
a- an extra 10 minutes of intense exercies a day
b- no soda
c-clean or organize for 5-10 min
d- get up and walk at home and do something - to prevent myself from staring at computer screen (probably do option C)
e. brush my teeth an extra time per day
