Ok, so today is the first day of November and the beginning of the VERY busy and unhealthy holidy season. So, with that said, I need to set goals for myself. =) No more going into holiday blind sided.
So first goal...GET DOWN TO 150!!
I need to get into the holidays a little under where I am now so I can keep up the momentum. Not sure why my body is refusing to move (okay maybe a little has to do with my lack of tracking food), but I am going to get that scale to go down!
Goal #2: Positive Reinforcement each day.
Positive reflections for the next 30 days! I have been kinda in a slump and feel like I have been surrounded with negativity...no more letting people rain on my parade! I need to make sure I post something positive about my day or myself each day for the rest of the month. If I'm feeling great about something, I gotta remember it and pay attention to those good feelings, not the bad ones!
Goal #3: Have more me time.
I need to make a little more time for ME. I need at least 10-15 min a day to relax and just let my mind rest. I think this would be great in a hot bath, sauna time, or something that I don't have to worry about interruptions at all. I will figure this one out.
Goal #4: Finish that 13.1!!!
I have to do it! Gotta sign up! Gotta motivate...gotta run with all my heart! Most I have run is 9.6....now I need to get past that and run 10, 11, 12...and then 13 on the big day!
I can do this and you all need to hold me accountable! I give you permission to push me around and make me follow my goals!
My positive note for the day is that today's run was EASY! I wasn't huffing and puffing...I wasn't last (actually I was first!)...and I felt like I could just keep on going! It was the best feeling ever. So, I am proud of my accomplishments in my running! I feel great! On top of the world with my improvements!
