Let's all join many others in making this a November to Remember! Have you set your personal goal for November? No time like the present to do so!
I'm going to put this November down in the record books......this will be the first November is a while that I've not come out of the month showing a GAIN!!!! My goal is to lose 3 lbs. this month....I will accomplish this by journaling daily and working out a minimum of 4 times per week. I have a week long family trip planned towards the end of the month, so I need to be very firm into my routine before this trip hits.
