I keep moving on

These days I don't care how much I lose as long as I keep going down most of the time. I'm very proud to say that eating a Chef Meg's Blueberry muffin along with my coffee, and added fiber is what is keeping me going in the right direction. I never used to eat breakfast but now I know how easy and benficial a little breakfast every day can be.

    Thanks for the goodie & the tip on the blueberry muffin recipe. I had to check it out. I bake once or twice a week. I love the sweets - and making them myself means I can make them nutritious.

    I never used to eat breakfast either, but now I can't get by without it. It's especially important when you're down to those last few pounds because it revs up the all-important metabolism.
