How often and when do you guys climb on the scale?

I bought a cool and cheap scale yesterday (was on sale), which seems surprisingly good for the price I paid, digital and all. Seems accurate most of the time.

.. But now I can't stop myself from climbing on it! I find it very interesting to see how I weigh after a meal or a *poop* :) or in the morning. But when the weight is actually right? I mean, I weight myself after my last meal of the day, and then the next morning and there was an 8 pounds difference!! That's not nohing.. So what is the most reflecting of your real weight? In the morning when all is digested or in the middle of the day or what?

    I agree with Thatgirl, once a week, same day and the same time !!

    I like to do the same thing, weighing myself a lot.

    But what I think that is more accurate is that you weight yourself officially one time per week, at the same day and same period of the day. I think that it is better in the morning, naked. Once you set up a pattern, stick to it and that will do. =P
