Today, I celebrate breaking my plateau! I lost a lb! The scale (three separate times) said 152! I ate pretty good yesterday but didn't get a workout in. This morning I ran 4.5 miles and after my run and rehydration, I weighed! So glad...bc I was getting upset and starting to eat...don't know why I find so much f'n comfort in food, but it has to stop otherwise this freaking cycle won't.

So, my eating is the issue, I'm sure...and I need to start getting my ST back in bc I have really slacked there. I need to stop avoiding the scale and the food tracker, bc they really are my friends and can really help me to see what I am doing wrong or what I need to keep doing to maintain my weight loss goals.

I feel good about today, and, sometime this week, I am going to take AROSE's advice and take a full swimsuit picture again to see what kind of muscle transformation I may have from my new found running workouts. I'm hoping to see a difference in my legs, but I don't know. They are so ugly and chunky, it would be nice to see some sort of change. I really just need to LOSE WEIGHT...and I'm sure I will see the muscle change then! LOL. I'm done talking about it, I'm going to see a difference and I WILL look better by next summer's swim suit season!

Off to finish the day at school, hit ST for 30 min and then coach the rest of the evening. Thanks for reading my million mile an hour thoughts!
