Life can be a habit at times and sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad. Do not want your life to get stale, but you want to keep to some kind of plan or system.

I did my regular work out today with he weights and then my 60 min. on the gazelle. I feel good I did this. I hope I can keep to my schedule this week.

Not much else going on really quiet today. Did get to speak to sister Sue in NV which was good.
