Day 17 - Lazy (laundry) day

Today's to-dos:

1) Get enough sleep. emoticon
2) Drink enough water. emoticon
3) 5+ fruits & veggies emoticon
4) Track my food. emoticon
5) Move!
6) Do some ST
7) Laundry!! emoticon

It's 3:00 & it's already looking like I might not get these all done. It would help if Emily would cooperate AND I could remember to press *start* on the dryer. Post-pregnancy brain, perhaps?

    I am convinced that post-pregnancy is worse than pregnancy brain! I think it has something to do with lost brain cells and sleep deprivation....not a good combo! LOL
    My kids are 8&11 and some days I swear I still have post-pregnancy brain or maybe I should call it beginning of old age brain....NAH!

    Great goals and even if you only got a couple done it would be a huge accomplishment!
