Kinda fallen off the wagon the last few days. I have a stomachache from eating 2 grilled cheeses and an entire can of tomato soup. I also ate 2 salads before that. I think I made a mistake when I weighed myself. I tend to either get super restrictive and then binge if I've lost weight (it's not happening fast enough and if I eat even less I'll lose MORE!) or I go nuts and decide I deserve some binge time.
Plan of action: go back to overloading myself with fruits and veggies. Try not to weigh myself for a few weeks. Get back into walking, running, and start going to the gym.
