Day 2! Yesterday went very well. I spent a lot of the day poking around and learning to navigate the SPARK website. I LOVED the nutrition tracker with recipe search features. I found the tracking tools and VIDEOS and ARTICLES very helpful and it was fun to add to my SPARK points.
Today is the day I will take waist measurements and have my husband take a BEFORE photo -- yikes! I already weighed myself -- Sunday will be the day to weigh in and check measurements -- I am down 1.5 pounds since I started "watching" what I eat about a week ago.
Tomorrow will be a challenge adding to and tracking my exercise goals... for some reason it is difficult to take that time for myself and JUST DO IT. Hopefully the accountability of tracking my progress will be a great motivator. 3019 days ago
