Day 20 - warm & cozy on Sunday

Yesterday was an epic failure as far as my "To Do" list went.
Today, I'm paying for it with what I'm sure is a headache due to dehydration and poor food choices. Bleh. I get it, one bottle of water is NOT enough. And too much sodium is bad. Even when coupled with a peppermint tea. Basically, I took in a litre of water and 50% more salt than is my maximum - the pounding in my head is my reward.
Last night, our furnace motor decided to commit suicide. Thankfully, we noticed fairly quickly and got a repairman out before any major damage. I spent a few chilly hours snuggling with Emily. She's a great heat source. One arm, one leg later - it's fully functional again.
1) Get enough sleep.
2) Drink enough water.
3) 5+ fruits & veggies
4) Track my food.
6) Do some ST
7) Spend some much needed quality time with the boys.
Guess I'd better get my butt in gear if I intend to cross anything off this list.
