Got it Done

This morning I got up and did my first strength training in quite a while. Then I did some more straightening in the basement and then went out for my mid morning walk. I walked more this morning than yesterday in the same time. I walked 5.4 miles vs 4.5 miles in 90 minutes because I was able to run more this morning. I'm working up to just running.

    Good for you...I could be wrong but I think that my running days are over. I am almost 63 & I weigh 230 lbs. down from my highest weight 263 lbs. (July). I spent more of my adult years being heavy than thin. I am thrilled with the SP program & my wt. loss since Dec. 4th. I just happy to be walking. I have a new pedometer & am trying to work up to at least 5,000 steps...my goal is to make it to 10,000...Take care...
