Got it Done

This morning I got up and did my first strength training in quite a while. Then I did some more straightening in the basement and then went out for my mid morning walk. I walked more this morning than yesterday in the same time. I walked 5.4 miles vs 4.5 miles in 90 minutes because I was able to run more this morning. I'm working up to just running.
