Day 23 - Holy windstorm!!

1) Get enough sleep.
2) Drink enough water.
3) 5+ fruits & veggies.
4) Track my food.
Stroller group + HM training = 7+ kms
6) Do some ST.
MOVE - Got home from stroller group about an hour ago. We have a "wind warning" here in Calgary today. They are not kidding, pushing the stroller was great resistance work.
EAT - Made myself a chicken wrap for lunch - DELICIOUS! Now I have to go track my calories for the afternoon. The morning (Breakfast) was good. I'm trying desperately to get gold stars on my Spark summary calendar until the end of the month.
WEIGHT - I weighed myself before driving Logan school (7a.m.) and I'm still at the same weight I've been at for the last two weigh-in. Guess I have to move MORE and eat LESS to earn my weight-loss from here on out. Bummer!
