I've been lacking motivation and haven't been watching what I eat or working out in AGES. I think I gained 5 lbs.
BUT! Today I went to the gym for an hour (worked out probably only half of that) and I felt like coming on here and talking about it. I was on the elliptical for 20 minutes and did the bike for a good 10. I think I'll go back tomorrow and maybe do a DVD too?
Do you think it's time to get back on track? I do miss how energetic I was when I was being healthy and working out. Can I do it????
I hope so
Tomorrow I'll take new measurements and start new..AGAIN.
