Day 27 - Because Molly asked

The past couple days I've been pretty slack. Thursday and Saturday, I stopped tracking after lunch because my nutrition was so bad. (Chinese takeout and KFC) Friday, the nutritional choices were better but the portion control was not there.
No exercise on any of those days.
Water consumption was low.
ST was non-existent.
The only goal that I reached on any of the past few days was "get enough sleep". Actually, that one's probably the most important so maybe I should celebrate it and pledge to get back on track today/tomorrow.
The boys would like to go bowling. I wouldn't actually mind doing that and PEHASS2 could use the peace & quiet to study for his final exams this week.....
