Received this note from Chatelaine magazine this morning.. "10 Eating Habits to Kick-Start Weightloss". Since I only lost 1/2 a pound last week, I thought I'd give it a look. Some of the hints make sense and I think I will try them but trying to curb my chocolate craving with fibre or lemon... I don't think my appetite is that stupid. www.chatelaine.com/en/ar

Tonight's a big night for me. My HM group's doing 3 hills and I'm going to attempt to do them, too. Hopefully, I'm physically ready.
