I'm wondering how people sit in fron t of their computer blogging all day and still get all this exercise in.

    I'll fine and/or make time for exercise, but I just don't seem to be able to get with the blogging. Too many things I don't want to write about.

    I schedule my exercise - and plan for it. You find time for what is a priority. emoticon

    Tend to agree. It´s difficult for me with an hour of excercise, an hour on the compu and everything else I do. By the way thanks for the goodie candycane. Perhaps a virtual one will take the edge off wanting a real sugar break.

    Maybe they're retired! No, it only takes a few minutes to tell if you've been following your plan and leave a word of encouragement for your fellow strugglers. And I doubt if you'll be exercising more than 120 minutes a day. You'll find the time, AND YOU'LL LOVE IT! emoticon emoticon
