I have done so well since last April. Unfortunately the last 4 weeks I have not done as well. It is time to refocus and be healthier by the first of the year.

This is the commitment to myself:
1. Follow the Mediterranean Diet 5 days per week
2. Exercise - aerobic: 3 days/week; strength training: 1-2 days/week
3. Celebrate every day given
4. Focus on my family and their wonderful gifts
