I'm trying valiently to get back on track & lose maybe 5 lbs(?) by Easter. I'm trying to do the best I can with exercise, but I've had so many frickin physical problems lately it's ridiculous. I'm starting to feel like a hypochondriac. My shoulder, my upper back, my middle back, my lower back, & oowwww my HIP! What is my DEAL!? No, they don't usually all hurt at once, & in fact I'm having no pain so far this morning...(am I dead? lol) I "think" my hip is tendonitis. I got ambitious a few months ago & was short on time, so - one day I did Tae Bo, & then the next did a shorter step workout on a Higher step. I was ok. Until I bent over at the sock drawer. Sproing! My lower back healed up real quick, but my left hip hasn't been the same. I need to be getting back to the gym! I went one day this past week, & the recumbant bike & elliptical didn't seem to hurt my hip at all! In fact it seemed better!
Ok - enough of my whining...lol. Oh wait - I forgot - I'm having more perimenopause symptoms too....with my pms I now have HEAVY night sweats & insomnia. wheeeee.
So. I'm trying to keep a positive attitude toward any weight loss I might be able to accomplish, & improving where I can. Also trying to think "HEALTH" & not just weight. I've been fairly consistant at tracking calories in & out, so I've been studying my charts & since I haven't been Gaining recently, I'm figuring on cutting the calories in a little & increasing the calories out a little at a time, until I start seeing results. I also MUST MUST MUST start doing more resistance/weight work. But Carrrrefuuulllyyyy. lol
