Just a little post on my way!
Everything feels kind of neutral. Things are not bad, but not optimal. I make my own water kefir every 2 days, it's great and I feel a lot better overall :) I eat a big salad everyday with lots of veggies and sprouts in it, that too feels great. You're only supposed to eat 1-2 fruit per day but like 9 cups of vegetables.. Incredible! But I see it works :)
Haven't found the time to go back to the gym, I feel bad about it but really I just can't find the time it seems. I will have to make a schedule and just respect it. Work less or rearrenge my time in some way or another. I often think about just making some pilates here or the couple cardio videos I downloaded some times ago, but then again, no time! I will make it happen soon, I miss my muscles and there's still so many pounds to go :)
