LIC 5% challenge begins today

My new challenge, for the next 10 weeks, is to work towards a weight loss of 5%. This morning I weighed 141.5 so that means, by February 15th, I would like to lose approximately 7 pounds. Sounds doable so far.
The challenges that I set for the team for this week will hopefully get everyone on the right track:
Our challenges for this week are:
1. Make your food tracker public - enter your foods.
2. Complete a minimum of 30 mins of exercise 5x a week.
3. Blog your progress 3x a week.
My goal is to establish some accountability. Hopefully, the ten of us will all reach our goals together. After all, isn't that what teams are for?


On a totally different note, miss Emily is 6 weeks old today and I have a doctor's note to say that I am completely capable of beginning an exercise program. emoticon
