Mini Goals Day 4

I'm happy to say that even with my embarrassing breakfast yesterday, I managed to round out the day only 53 calories and 21g of fat over my ranges. The fat is excessive yes, but I did not blow up my day over a bad breakfast. Yes, I feel like I'm finally getting back on track =)
I made my water goal with 9 glasses but I just plain forgot my multivitamin. I usually take it with lunch but yesterday my "lunch" was really a 3pm snack since I was still so full from breakfast at lunchtime.
Today, we will try the vitamin again...along with all the other goals for this week. I want to put them all together and succeed, prove to myself I can even on the tip of weekend during the holidays!
Today's goals are:
Track, track, track!
Stay within ranges
Drink 64oz water
Take my multivitamin
and get at least 10 minutes of exercise!
This week I have been doing so well getting fully back with my Jazzercise that I've been lenient on my at home workouts but I need to get back in that habit too. 10 minutes is such a good starting point, for all of SparkPeople's reason and I'm sitting at 240 fitness minutes for the month!!
