My clothes are fitting better (or worse, because some are too small!)
I have more energy.
I look forward to working out.
I'm fitting in some fitness other than at the gym (for example, making multiple trips up and down the stairs to bring in wood for the fire, and I downloaded a Zumba video)
5 weeks in:
6 pounds down.
5 inches lost.
1 pant size lower.
Woohoo!
