Whenever I feel demotivated I come on SP and read a couple pages of a sparkteam or some inspirational blog from a member.. It just works :)
For the last couple weeks I've been doing great and those salads and kefir did a good job. For some reasons I find myself on the slow side again now.. I haven't been binging or anything.. ate out a couple time but that's about it. Maybe it's normal and it will go down again soon. I'm sure it will.
I don't have anything particular to share, I just felt like saying hi! I wish I knew an active and interesting community or team on SP, all the one I joined are slow or not active enough for my liking, and the big ones are way too active, I can't follow. Any recommendation?
I will try to go to the gym tomorrow morning before my shift, i'd like to go tomorrow and the next day and the next day, etc. I really need to get into that routine now, I should have a long time ago.
