Whenever I feel demotivated I come on SP and read a couple pages of a sparkteam or some inspirational blog from a member.. It just works :)

For the last couple weeks I've been doing great and those salads and kefir did a good job. For some reasons I find myself on the slow side again now.. I haven't been binging or anything.. ate out a couple time but that's about it. Maybe it's normal and it will go down again soon. I'm sure it will.

I don't have anything particular to share, I just felt like saying hi! I wish I knew an active and interesting community or team on SP, all the one I joined are slow or not active enough for my liking, and the big ones are way too active, I can't follow. Any recommendation?

I will try to go to the gym tomorrow morning before my shift, i'd like to go tomorrow and the next day and the next day, etc. I really need to get into that routine now, I should have a long time ago.

    You are right in thinking there will always be lows.. That is part of life. the main thing is to keep at it. No matter what. it works slower but it does work.

    As for activity in teams, it depends what you are looking for. Personnaly I tend to not like it when all we see in the forums are complaints about life in general. I'm not real good with the "poor me" attitude. Not saying you cannot have bad days and talk about it, but for some people complaining is a way of life.

    Sharing tips, success stories, how we deal with harder parts are what interests me.

    If you'd like to help reanimate Quebec Spark team, that would be great!
