Day 28: Happy Sunday (after a few very long & crappy days)

Long story short it's been a few frustrating, disappointing, unproductive days:
- my house is a disaster
- my elliptical is broken
- my cats is very sick
- and I stopped being careful and mindful of what I put in my mouth!

So in summary SELF-SABOTAGE! All of these "excuses" would have been manageable had I pushed myself to not accept any reason to delay my progress. Unfortunately my poor choices means I will not meet my goal of 10-pounds-gone for my 30th B-day (which is Wednesday). BUT I'm happy to report one positive personality change. The old me would have said ``Well, there`s no way you`re gonna make weight so just let yourself indulge over the next three days then start over.`` and I would have ended up WAY behind. NOT NOW! No more excuses, no more putting it off.

I`m not going to let myself get discouraged by how many times I have to try again. Instead the mentality is `start over every morning.` Try as hard as I can at every meal and do something active every chance I get. No elliptical... no reason to sit still.
