Struggling with Weekends

I am finding it more difficult to stay on task during the weekends. I get thrown out of whack because I 'm so used to a stricter eating schedule during the weekdays, then the weekend comes along and things just seem to get harder for me to control. Too much free time on my hands. I'm trying to stop and think before I eat anything, and to drink a glass of water before I eat anything.

Any words of advice out there?

    Just a couple quick thoughts:
    1. You might schedule activities and plan your meals around what you'll be doing.
    2. Plan--as in write out ahead of time--your weekend menus, what you will eat at what times or for which meals, so you don't end up skipping then overdoing, nor grazing all day.

    Hope this helps, or gives you some different ideas.
