More mini goals

Last posted goals went really well for me! I met all of them but one, I did not get in 10 minutes of exercise but in my defense, I have started a new medication that is making me feel odd. Friday was my first day and I just didn't feel well from it. I did get up Saturday morning and get a good hour long workout so I'm not feeling too bad about it.

Saturday went okay. Some out of town friends came to visit and we ended up eating out 2x but I didn't do too bad considering and I did turn down the free food at the community holiday singalong, never even really considered it! And yes, we sang Christmas carols with 300 strangers! So much fun!

Yesterday I hosted a Christmas party for my closest friends and it was a blast! Yes, we had lots of junky food but we played games like we were back in high school and had so much fun the food did not take center stage! I know we burned some calories too, jumping up & down ready to "steal" in Pictionary! Usually we all get together at a restaurant so this was refreshing and everyone had such a good time!

Goals for this week:
-Track!
-Squeeze in at least 2 Jazzercises in with my crazy work schedule (my office proctors early morning & late night final exam testing, blahhh)
-Vitamins 5x
-Water!!
