The holiday is nearly here

It is not long now to the holiday and the big eating binge, for most people that is. I have 3 Christmas fuddles next week and then that's it for me as I shall not buy too food(it's only 2 days after all) and then I will try and get into the swing of my diet once more.
I went to Derby last Friday for a meeting of the Mental Forum which was good, I also had a look around the shops but did not buy much.

    Go ahead and try small pieces of those special treats, but not overdo it. I also choose water and tea instead of the alcohol and soda. It helps to eliminate the liquid calories. Smart choices will allow you to not overdo it over the holidays and start you off on a good foot.

    Merry Xmas to you. Remember if you can't have a particular food at the fuddle any time of the year (ie: a very special stollen) then have a piece, otherwise you could have it during the year (ie: brownies) So make your choices carefully and don't use this time to excuse poor eating habits for holiday binges.
