Tomorrow, Tomorrow, I love you, Tomorrow!

So I am offically declaring tomorrow as my start over day! I can't take another week like I did this week because I am so desperate to get off these baby pounds! What I have decied to
do is a core workout, a thigh and glutes, and an arm workout, followed by 30 min of cardio and 20 additional min of ST. I am also going to incorporate some running as well but haven't figured out exactly how yet.

Tomorrow I'm going for healthier eating habits and water! Water! Water! So excitied for tomorrow! Kinda wish I had a spark buddy that could check on me and make sure I stay on track :(

Welp tomorrow its going down! The scale that is lol.
