The war on fat rolls.

I'm going to admit here and now, that I have a fat roll. Sure, I have the little side ones, but in the last few months, my lower stomach finally flopped over. I literally have a roll of flab (only on my left side does it actually fold over) and that was the driving cause behind my need for serious weight-loss action. I'm good at hiding it, so people can't tell. I'm a snazzy dresser.
Anyway, it's time to get real and admit that because I am doing something about it! I've been doing P90X and I just did Kenpo X for the first time. About 5 minutes in, I started feeling the pull in that floppy region. I feel the burn, right there in my floppy fat roll, and I know that I am going to have those muscles strong and tight and not flopped over before you know it! I'm not stopping until the fat roll is gone. No matter whether the short or long term goals are achieved, that is my finish line. You keep going 'til the fat roll is gone! (Obviously, I'm intending to hit all my goals, I just mean that I won't stop just because my goals are achieved.)
So that's it. I'm declaring war.
