Day 3-4-5 of Vacation Test

I feel pretty good about how the last few days have gone. I got up each morning and spent some time exercising and then ate a healthy breakfast. Took some nice long walks on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. And was careful about what I ate...stayed away from the candy/cookies, really hit the veggie trays, and had moderate amounts for meals, and no seconds; and of course, water only:). I did have a couple of rolls though, my niece made them from scratch so I had to try them:)
Sunday is generally my weekly weigh-in day, but decided to give myself a Christmas gift and skip it this week.
The challenge this next week will be to keep myself busy since no more shopping/wrapping/running around on the agenda.
