A New Journey :o))

Starting over is fun for me,
It makes me happy and full of glee.

I am a new person as of today,
I am starting over, I've found a new way.

My life is fresh and I've got a new grin,
I'm giving my life a new spin.

Give me those vegetables and some of that fruit too,
I want to eat lot's of that, wouldn't you?

My life has been hard up to now,
And I haven't done anything that would make me take a bow.

But my life is changing, each and every day,
Because I am starting my life in a new way.

It won't be easy, I am sure of that,
But I am hoping, along the way, I can get rid of a little fat.

Life is a journey, not a destination, as we all know,
My journey begins today, so that I may grow.

I will grow in spirit, esteem and self worth,
That will mean a lot as I live here on this earth.

As I start on my journey, I invite you along,
