Why do you want to lose weight?
Answer: I want to look and feel better. Right now, I'm a fluffy version of my fitter self. I want Emily to have the energetic mom that Colin & Logan had.

Answer: Looking better will bring back my self-confidence. Feeling better will make me a happier person. Increasing my energy will make playing with my children easier and more enjoyable.

Answer: STOP dressing so "fat". Wearing baggy clothes just makes me look fluffier.

Answer: Eat healthier. Walk/run or SOMETHING that will rev my metabolism.

When and how often will I do it?
I've already run twice. I have plans to run once or twice more. I will do my best to do two more workouts that aren't running or walking.

Positive self talk. Also, accept compliments as they are given.
What actions will I take this week to improve my health?
Make better food choices. Move more.
I got this list of question in an email from the Biggest Loser. I decided to use it help me with my blog for today. Gave me a lot to think about. Hopefully, I can follow through with the "eat better" part. I've got so many baked goods in my house right now it's insane. Thanks Mom but YIKES.
