Happy New Year!! This year is my year to take care of my health. I will lose 30 pounds by way of healthy eating and exercise. I will take it one day at at time and overcome my binge eating. New year, new beginnings for my healthy lifestyle makeover. A pound a week isn't too much to ask of myself, it's just a matter of putting my health before eating treats or junk food that I know isn't good for me. I hope to encourage others in whatever they need a little coaxing or exra help with. I am so excited to find my former healthy self!! And stay there. My Dr told me 3 years ago I needed to eat a low fat diet and get my blood work back to normal... I never listened before, but now I will. I will be honest with myself and take the reins in my health in weight and choices I make in eating... Forever...
