January- Ready(Heck Yeah!) Get Set (Will do!) GO!!!(Strong start to 2012)
By the end of January,I will say:
I am feeling good. I have started the year strong.

My pantry is cleaned out- no trigger foods to tempt me.

I have made a solid step forward for the new year and I feel successful.
