someone asked how i was going to do more yoga. i was asked- 1- how would you fit in hour long yoga classes 2- what poses would id 3- how would i keep it varied
My not so secret tool: One Minute Yoga (OMY) sparkteam
everyday we are given a different pose to try for 1 minute. once you get into it, it is enjoyable to just feel and enjoy the pose and i often find myself relaxed when i do it. after a few days, you may remember a pose from yesterday and want to do that too.
There are also a lot of videos online (free) that demonstrate the poses or variation.
