January 5th...still going strong!

It is January 5th and I am still committed to my goals!!
I am not doing very well with my food tracking, but I am exercising regularly. I actually rode 12 miles in 33 minutes the other day on the recumbent bike. WooHoo!! That is a personal best for me!! I am a bit sore from that, but it was worth it. I had so much energy that day!! And despite not getting a full 8 hours of sleep the night before, I was able to keep going all day long. The high from the exercise on the bike is something I have not experienced before.
I am bipolar...so I know what manic feels like. This was not like that! This felt so good!! Not like I had to talk all the time or run in different directions. It felt fabulous!!
If I was inclined to run, I would definitely try it. I am going to try to include at least 2 bike rides a week. I will stay at the current time and try to increase my mileage. I will also get in the pool a couple times a week for water aerobics.
That means I will work out 4 days a week. I think it is totally doable for me to exercise 4 days a week. I just need to continue to get to the gym. I do like that it is closer to home. It does make it easier to get there.
