Should I Stay or Should I Go Now

Thursday, January 05, 2012

Trying to decide to drive across town to work out...or go to the gym closest to me! I love the instructor across town but the 55 minute work out usually ends up costing me almost 2 hours! If I go to a class near my work it should only be a little over an hour...I'm getting the group fitness schedules all printed out and ready to coordinate the locations with my personal schedule!
It's more work than I thought to get fit!

Can you do both, like on alternate days or something? I'm a homebody and I value convenience, but a good instructor or a fun class could be worth it! emoticon

well girls I went ahead and drove across town...I made it for almost the whole class and cut down on my time dramatically...so I guess its not just the instructor but I get to see my partner and we have a whole group there...Which is really motivating!

You need to weigh the pros and cons and decide what will keep you going. Is it the instructor or the closer drive? If the closer place doesn't appeal to you at all and you don't like going, go to the one further away, especially if the instructor makes you look forward to going. If not, stay with the closer one. Only you know what you're most likely to do on a tough day. Good luck! emoticon

stay! you're more likely to do it if it's easier and closer! farther away gives you more excuses not too!
