Monday- fitness at noon! UMMMM why is the gym packed. LOL! I was excited to see many people interested in fitness and I hope they stick with it because I find it a great stress reliever! :) I jogged a mile at 5.5 mph, bc I HATE the DREADMILL but I know deep in my heart running gets me results faster! :) I did the arc trainer (similar to the elliptical) for 30 mins and the weight circuit room at Planet Fitness (WOOHOO... I used to skip weights but that room makes it easier to stay focused. WHEW)
Tuesday- First day back to work! Sleepy Sleepy Sleepy, time for work! LOL, not a morning person IE.... no morning fitness YET!!! :)
Gym - Cardio DAY!! jogged a mile at 5.5 AGAIN yay!!! Did the Arc Trainer for 30 mins, Back on the Treadmill for another 15 mins. :)
Wednesday- Jogged a mile at 5.5. Weight Circuit room for 30 mins. UMMM had to go to the Pharmacy at Target..... why does it close at 7.... LOL.
Thursday... Zumba 1 hr at a local church for FREE. :)
I'm glad for this weeks variety and tomorrow when I get off at noon I will head to the gym for just a little more fitness to put in the bag.
Goal for this weekend. Complete one Yoga/Pilates DVD I already own! LOL
