Let's get this BODY MOVING!

2011 is behind me and I'm sitting on my sofa dreaming of the woman I want to be and developing my action plan for 2012. My #1 goal is to get this body moving! N/D/J/F have notoriously been my downfall (aka inactive period). This year I really want to get moving BEFORE March!
It's a new year! I have a new calendar! And, I'm ready to get moving again!
GOAL #1: Lose 6 lbs by 1/27/12.
Time to bundle up and bust a move! ;o)
