Working out a plan

I am working out a plan so I can do some exercises at home on days when I cannot get to the gym or I go for a walk, I may even buy some bands to use(anyone else have them).
I am trying to keep to the diet but it is not easy as Michael has gone down yet again.
I weighed myself on Friday and I had lost a pound. I am still determined to get to my goal and I'm not worried how long it takes.
