Working out a plan

I am working out a plan so I can do some exercises at home on days when I cannot get to the gym or I go for a walk, I may even buy some bands to use(anyone else have them).
I am trying to keep to the diet but it is not easy as Michael has gone down yet again.
I weighed myself on Friday and I had lost a pound. I am still determined to get to my goal and I'm not worried how long it takes.

    I have a set of bands and use them for strength training. I workout at home and having the bands helps add resistance to my strength exercises. They are relativity inexpensive and I think worth the investment. Besides exercises that you can find here on SP you also can find exercises if you buy a set with a instruction DVD with the set of bands. I bought a set because as you become stronger you can add more resistance by using the thicker bands and using them in combination. I do not use them every day but 2-3 workouts per week, I strength train a different body area each day. The bands add variety to my workouts.
