Saturday ~ Day 5

I have been consistently eating within my calorie range for the past five days! Yaaa me. I feel good and I really want to keep going. I need to stay consistent for 6 weeks to really see what effects it will have. Its just the same ol story. I do great all day until ~ dun dun dun dun ~ dinner and evening time. That is when eating gets hard. I always seem to eat more calories than I intended to go over my calories for the day. I need to find smaller calorie meals at night that will keep me full.
Exercise - I have not had the best exercise this week. I mean, I have exercised so that in itself is good, I just have not been giving it my all. This cold has me off in the cardio department, but I know I will find my groove so I am just going with it. As my husband says the only bad workout is NOT to workout.
So let's hope the scale keeps going downward because that is always the ultimate goal. I mean, yes I want to be healthy and all that, but the fact of the matter is I want to look GOOD. I want to look on the outside how I feel I look on the inside :)
