OK- new year has to be a new me... I make this resolution EVERY year... and I give up about half way.. why? because I give up hope so easily.. I see no results as fast as I want them so I give up..

I struggle with PCOS so bad and I hate dealing with people who don't have it and obviously can't understand everything I go through with PCOS. Ordered my Inositol and I'll see if this works. I need to move forward with my life. I'm not happy with this weight and how can I fulfill God's purpose in my life when there are parts in my life I'm still not happy with?

Sigh... OK here's moving forward...and looking forward to a year from now and see that I continued this lifestyle change....

sigh sigh sigh... little by little .......sigh sigh...

thank you for your wonderful comments!!!!

    I'll be posting more blogs!

Now.. what vitamins should I NOT be taking with inositol? Any reactions from it?

Doctor's want to put me on medication but my liver is already having problems breaking down unhealthy, unnatural foods... Thanks for the encouragement.. I can say I've found a safe place here.

I have been diagnosed PCOS 23 years so I know and understand all the horrible little sside effects we have as well as the bigger more serious issues. I've been taking Inositol for 4 months alongside Cinnamon, B12, Sea Kelp, Flaxseed Oil and Chromium Piclinate...all of which help with glucose intolerence and metabolism. I tried these as I couldn't get any Metformin percribed in Spain,so I decided to try the natural way. I can say that i am losing weight faster now than I was at the beginning and don't know if this is due to the tablets finally getting into my system or if it is due to the viscious circle of PCOS (the more weight you gain the worse the PCOS gets, the worse it gets the more you gain) working in reverse (less weight ,PCOS starts to cure itself). All I know is that I have noticed a difference to weightloss and cravings this time with the supplements in comparison to previous times without. No change yet to the hirutism though emoticon

Good luck with the Inositol and hope it works for you too emoticon emoticon
