I'm blogging for my Winter 5% Challenge
What new habit do I wish to develop and how do I plan to do that?
I'm still working on it. Maybe working on procrastinating could be right up there. Cleaning up the spare room another.
What can we doto encourage ourselves to stay on track?
I usually track and stay within my calorie range but I need to stay in the lower range. Yesterday I was tired and not feeling great and ended up eating things I normally don't. Good healthy food would have been better but water and rest/sleep should have been the answer. Just thinking of the fact that I'll feel better and look better if I eat better will help encourage me plus going on vacation in April and getting a new swim suit.
I also want to try some different recipes. I keep saving recipes but not makiing them. If anyone has any good "flat belly" recipes let me know.
