Week one done and nearly 2kgs gone :)

This morning when I got on the scales I nearly fell off them. 1.6kgs gone in week one, let's just home this is a sign of what's to come. I've definitely seen an improvement in my habits as I've cut down on chocolate and coffee and mindless snacking. Also I've been sleeping much better as I've been more active, 2 curves sessions done and 2 Walk Away the Pounds session.
It really is about planning, I just need to make sure what I'm eating is good for me but I definitely think that I can treat myself too.
