My First 10 lbs Lost!!!

I'm finally there...it's taken me about 7 weeks, but I've finally lost my first 10 lbs!!! When I first joined Spark, I was encouraged by people's stories of losing weight so quickly when they started. But that wasn't happening for me, and I was honestly getting a little discouraged. Looking back, I think I was trying to do too many things at once...getting a food plan & an exercise plan going, reading all the articles and blogs, trying to blog myself. I should have taken one thing at a time, but as always "live and learn". I need to remind myself that a lifetime of bad habits/choices doesn't change overnight. For me, slow & steady wins the race.
