Day 4

Tuesday, January 17, 2012

Today was not easy. I couldn't seem to stay full. I drank water, had my vegetables and fruit, did my exercises and still had problems. I stayed in my calorie range although more on the high side than usual. After a 3 day weekend figured I would be refreshed too. Whoops, that didn't happen today. The temps also dropped quite a bit so maybe that has some affect?

Have meals planned for tomorrow and will see if my energy improves!!!! Right now the best thing to do is get my stats in and go get some sleep!

Have a great evening all and see you tomorrow!!!

I don't know what kind of diet you're on, but I know that when I eat healthy food as opposed to junk, I tend to forget to get enough protein. It makes all the difference in the world. Hope today goes well for you! Keep it up!

Buteafull makes a good point. I also believe in seasonal effects, so you could be experiencing an instinctive need to preserve fat. Good luck with your eating and energy level today.

sometimes that nagging hunger is your body telling you it NEEDS more. I know we are so focused on calories, but sometimes we dip too low, and the body know more than we do. I used to do a diet that was real strict for 3 days then the 4th day you ate whatever, and it was supposed to keep your body guessing , so it didn't get adjusted into a low rut and make you go into starvation mode and hoard fat into your cells.
