The new year!

This year has started off great!! I have been totally lazy about getting on here and updating about how my workout plan is going and my goals. Recently I can say though I have working out every day of the week usually and it has made me feel so much more alive and healthy!! Now I just need to get my sleeping habits back in order lol!! I hope to reach my goal by March first but to be honest there isn't any big rush because I feel healthy and happy. It will come with the work and constant right decisions with how I eat. I did have one challenge though that has been pretty hard to stay with since all my friends do it and that is no drinking for 30 days and then I will see how I feel after that passes.
I know a lot of my unwanted fat and calorie intake was due to drinking so I finally managed to cut it but it sure is difficult when you are out with friends. I'm holding strong though and I know that if I stay with it the benefits will be excellent. I also plan to try out a juicing diet that should help out with various medical conditions I have. Hope it goes well!^_^
