Day 7 WooHoo

Not too bad a day. I still ended at the upper end of my calories so going to have to cut out something here or there during the week. Plan it and stick to it! Got above zero outside!!! Had stuff to do at lunch time though so didn't get in much at lunch. Did it in spurts throughout the day and then did the elliptical and treadmill at the gym after work. I did not do the jumpstart video so will have to do 2 tomorrow but I had several strenth exercises in my fitness program so spent 10 minutes doing a couple sets of some of those. At least I didn't fall asleep early on the couch tonight. Must be doing better. Still tired but able to stay awake!!! Company tomorrow and then out for anniversary dinner Sunday (it's really Monday but we have gym trainer that day!!!).
