Sharing my stress triggers has been very satisfying. It has help me get through a lot in these past couple of days. The biggest thing is: right now it is snowing and I got in my car and came to work! A long time ago I used to quit a job just because I was scared to drive.
I have to look each day hour by hour. That is something my husband told me. Get through each hour. Focus only on the hour you are on and when its time focus on the next. Breathing has been huge for me too. Taking deep breaths has really made me motivate and think clearly. I ask myself: What is the reason for being afraid? What are the facts? Etc...
Slowly but surely I will continue to make progress.
